Thwaites Appoint New Export Account Manager.

Thwaites are pleased to announce the appointment of Julie Day (Echalier) to the role of Export Account Manager.

Julie will be responsible for the commercial and transactional relationship with Thwaites authorised distributors in France, Spain, Luxembourg, Belgium and Germany.

Dave Webster will continue to manage his accounts as well as now being responsible for Switzerland, Austria, Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

Thwaites General Sales Manager said, “We are delighted to welcome Julie to Thwaites, this appointment will enable further product penetration and growth in these key territories, at this important time. Julie brings a wealth of experience and talent to the role, as well as the appointment being the perfect fit for all. I look forward to doing all I can to support Julie achieve all she can”.

Julie said “I have long admired Thwaites, their culture and philosophy always seemed aligned to that of my own. Having worked with some great business thus far in my career, in similar roles, in similar regions, this opportunity was just too good to turn down”.

With a strong sales and marketing, business management and production background, Julie is a welcome addition to the Thwaites team.  After completing a comprehensive induction, an emersion in engineering and manufacturing… which will of course involve test driving a range of Thwaites dumpers, Julie will be in the field supporting the Thwaites distributor network in and around Europe.
